Refunds/ Exchanges - We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges.
Incorrect Address- Please provide us with the correct address to avoid any set backs on shipping, we package orders fairly fast. We do not resend items due to wrong addresses. If for any reason you accidentally provided the wrong address, contact goceofficiall@gmail.com , immediately after making your order.
Email Says Delivered, But Didn't Receive Anything- At times USPS can make mistakes and scan items in moments of hurry. Please allow a couple of days after original deliver date to receive your order. If you do not receive anything after a few days of original deliver date, check your local post office. Sometimes items are dropped off there. If it's weeks later and you end up not receiving anything at all, you will have to submit a claim with USPS. Gocè does not give refunds, exchanges or credit for packages that say have been "delivered".
